
Is it normal to struggle with yoga?
In my latest blog, I discussed the common struggle people face when practicing yoga. It's completely normal and in fact, quite expected to have a hard time when you're starting out. The poses are complex and it takes time for your body to adapt and build the necessary strength and flexibility. Persistence is key here, so don't get discouraged if you find it tough initially. Always remember, the struggle is part of your yoga journey and it's perfectly okay to move at your own pace.
