Core Principles of Pilates with Kate Petagine. This monthly workshop is our prerequisite for group mat Pilates classes. Kate focuses on the teachings of Joseph Pilates’ principles to properly and safely execute exercise, bringing all of the following elements together: concentration, control, center, fluidity, precision and breath. Core Principles is the 4th Sunday, 11:30am-1:00pm.
