Brenda deMartine is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist with 35-years of teaching experience in the field of Healthy Living, Yoga & Dance. She has led classes and workshops, local and abroad, for children to seniors at gyms, schools, churches and college symposiums.
Her other certifications include: Kripalu Yoga Teacher, 200 & 500- hr. RYT, Shake Your Soul®/Kripalu YogaDance, Gyrokinesis®, Pilates, Wellness Educator, Arcing Light Healing Practitioner & Teacher, The Tennant Biomodulator® and Integrative Medicine Training, Reiki Level I & II, and Lay Chaplin in The Community of Hope. Her other training includes dance, Yoga for Golfers, Yoga for Back Care, Yoga for Fibromyalgia, Meditation & Pranayama, and Prenatal Fitness & Yoga.
Forever the student, she is currently working on a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on holistic health.
Brenda serves on the board of directors of JustUsFriends.US a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit.
She teaches private and group yoga classes & workshops in the Dutchess County, NY area.
